We went to try and upgrade my phone and got there at 6:03. There was a sign on the door that said out to lunch be back at 6 pm so we waited and waited and gave up at 6:30 and no one ever showed. I get having to run and get food but don’t put a time you’ll return and not even show up close to that time.

We visited this store on Saturday, March 25 interested in upgrading our cell phones. The young woman who attempted to answer our questions did not know what she was talking about and didn't even look up our accounts to see if we were eligible for trade-in upgrades, etc. She kept giving contradicting information about the monthly costs and and it was apparent she was more interested in making a sale rather than taking care of a customer. She finally called another employee over to ask a question about a certain model that was on display and he loudly stated, "we don't sell those anymore." He offered no other explanations and was quite rude. We left and drove to the AT&T store in Plainview, Texas where we were warmly greeted, had all our questions answered by a knowledgeable employee and we upgraded our IPhones painlessly. The employees at the store on 4th store should take customer service lessons from individuals like the ones at the Plainview store.

My new favorite store! Roger was awesome and took care of everything. Had a box with missing item and store returned it! Also had to exchange Pixel Pro 6 for S22 Ultra and it too was a breeze. Will only go jere from now on!!

I came in to pay a bill with Keshia and she insisted that the billing system was down and rushed me out the door. I was trying to get My service paid in a timely manner and she couldn't be bothered to leave the chair. I came intoday and Kenneth helped me and got me in and out perfectly.

Brandon is an amazing sells person! He goes above and beyond to help customers! He gave us a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was working! A very friendly, attentive, and professional person! I will continue to go to him directly. Brandon's customer service is outstanding!

Very bussiness like but very willing to help and seam to know the product very well. This visit was very good except for not getting all accomplished that I went in for . But I have not fought that it will be fix with a call. Thank you A&it for putting up with a old man .
